| | We are an Island family based Building Company providing a full range of services associated within the Building Industry.
Founded by Fred Stay during the early 1950’s trading as Fred Stay & Co. and then became F.Stay & Co.Ltd in 1979. The Company is now managed by John Stay and Steven Stay and complimented by Foreman, Kevin Shand.

We specialise in New Build, Extensions & Refurbishment related projects.
We are members of Federation of Masters Builders and Zurich Building Warranty Scheme. We are also members of IW Building Safety Association who can advise us with their recommendations on any Health & Safety related issues that should be required on any particular contract we are awarded.
